Q: Does Atlas Originals’ gears and accessories meet the approved specifications to be used in powelifting competitions?

A (Product – Lever Belt): Yes, the specifications and dimensions of our lever belts comply with the guidelines provided by the Global Powerlifting Allicance Rules (“GPA Rules”); a lever belt is subject to a maximum width of 10cm and maximum thickness of 13mm, along the main length.

A (Product – Knee Sleeves): Yes, the specifications and dimensions of our knee sleeves comply with the guidelines provided by the GPA Rules. Knee sleeves may not exceed 30cm in length and be of 1 single ply.

A (Product – Heavy Duty Wrist Wraps): Yes, the specifications and dimensions of our wrist wraps comply with the guidelines provided by GPA Rules. Wraps not exceeding 1m in length and 8cm in width may be worn. Alternatively elasticized wristbands not exceeding 10cm in width may be worn.

Price and Payment Method

Q: Does Atlas Originals provide discounts for bulk purchases?

A: Atlas Originals do provide discounts for bulk purchases, please contact our sales team at sales@atlasoriginals.com or +6013 321 4729.

Q: What are the acceptable payment methods?

A: Payment can be made online through the payment gateway, PayPal. Paypal accepts Credit/Debit card payment. Meanwhile, payment through direct bank transfer to our bank account or cash on delivery (for delivery within Subang, Bandar Sunway and Petaling Jaya) are also acceptable.

Delivery, Return, Refund and Exchange Policies

Q: Do we have to pay for delivery of the items?

A: Absolutely not! Atlas Originals absorbs the cost and offers FREE delivery services to your home or business addresses within Malaysia. However, for international shipping, extra charges may apply.

     

Q: What is the return and refund policy?

A: You can return your order within 15 days from date you received Atlas Originals’ product. For more information, click here.

  

Q: How would I know if the order has been confirmed and captured in your system? How long would it take to get my package?

A: You will receive an email notification when your order has been confirmed and couriered to your home or business address. We aim to finalise and dispatch the order within 2 working days. Should there be any unforeseen delays, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity.

    

Q: Can I change my delivery address?

A: Please note that we are unable to make changes to the delivery address after your order has been confirmed.

Cash on Delivery

Q: Will I be subject to any additional fees for cash on delivery?

A: No, but do note that our cash on delivery service is only limited to deliveries within Subang, Bandar Sunway and Petaling Jaya. Please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@atlasoriginals.com or +6013 321 4729 should you wish to clarify if your delivery address falls within our coverage.

     

Q: How long will it take to get my package?

A: Upon submission of your purchase order, our system will notify our Atlas Originals sales team. Atlas Originals sales team will contact you shortly, to arrange on mutual agreed date, time and venue.  

     

Q: What documentation is required when I pick up my order?

A: Please have a hard copy/soft copy of the order confirmation email on you when you pick up your order.

     

Q: Can someone else pick up my order?

A: If you wish to designate another person to pick-up your order, they must possess a forwarded copy of your proof of purchase with your written consent, including the full name of the designated person that matches their government-issued photo ID.
